What is Edification & Encouragement? Edification: to build up; to instruct or improve spiritually;
Encouragement: support of a kind that inspires confidence and a will to continue or develop. The goal of the Victory E&E team is to support and uphold the body of Christ, in accordance with Ephesians 4:16, "As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love." (NLT) When the body edifies and encourages, it causes the body to grow, spiritually and numerically. All the people doing their part causes salvation, healing, increase and growth - that's how we change our world!

The Victory DEEP Edification & Encouragement Team are those who desire to edify, encourage and sustain the body of Christ, especially by supporting and leading in the following areas:
- Activities (fellowship dinners and gatherings, fun times, picnics, outings, etc.)
- Hurting, Lonely, Ailing (in the church body, and elsewhere)
- Single Parents
- Helping Hands Ministry
- Retirement/Nursing Home Ministry
- Hospital Visitation
- Visitation
- Building Maintenance/Improvement
